SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping on all orders with a value of R1 500.00 or more.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@atlas-ecopaint.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We deliver to all areas within the South African borders. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is entered upon check-out.Atlas Eco 1 (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for late delivery or non-delivery if the correct delivery address was not provided.

Main Centres: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
Outlying Areas: Deliveries to outlying areas may take slightly longer, usually within 5-7 business days.
