• Mixing: Always stir well before use with a flat paddle.
• Application Method: Brush, roller, or airless spray machine
• Thinning: Not recommended. This product is ready for use un-thinned

For Brush or Roller Application

• Apply 2 coats of Eco-Advanced Rubber Sealer to achieve proper penetration and allow to dry 60 - 90 minutes between coats, depending on temperature
• Porous surfaces and coastal areas may require a third coat to ensure surfaces are properly coated
• Clean equipment with water
• Do not allow the product to dry on equipment

For Airless Spray Machine

• Do not dilute
• Apply 2 coats of Eco-Advanced Rubber Sealer to achieve proper penetration and allow to dry for 60 - 90 minutes between coats, depending on temperature
• Porous surfaces and coastal areas may require a third coat to ensure the surface is properly coated
• 100μ 1 coat - recommended 200μ - 2 coats
• Clean equipment with water
• Do not allow the product to dry on equipment

Steel and Galvanized Structures

• Remove all rust with a good quality Rust Remover, scrub, and rinse thoroughly with water
• Remove dust, oil, grease, and other foreign material with a good quality Degreaser.
• Ensure that the surface is sound with 60 - 90 minutes between coats, depending on temperature

Unpainted & Weathered Surfaces

• Make sure the old paint coating is firm and solid
• Remove all loose, flaking, and bubbling paint
• Treat rusted areas with a good quality Rust Remover using a wire brush, hard bristle brush, or broom. Wash off with water
• Remove dust, oil, grease, and other foreign material with a good-quality Degreaser
• Wash thoroughly with water
• Allow to dry
• Ensure that the surface is sound and dry before painting
• Apply two coats of Eco-Advanced Rubber Sealer with 60 – 90 minutes between coats, depending on temperature

Fibre-cement, Cement Tiles, and Granular Tiles

• Remove all dust, dirt, and loose granules, friable and powdery material with a high-pressure water jet, or scrub down with a hard bristle or wire brush with water
• Ensure that the surface is sound and dry before painting
• Apply two coats of Eco-Advanced Rubber Sealer with 60 – 90 minutes between coats, depending on temperature

SPREADING RATE

• 2m² per 1 ℓ application on 100 microns per coat
• Coverage will depend on the porosity of the surface and the application method

FINISH

• Semi-Matt

DRYING TIME

• Touch Drying ± 30 minutes depending on the humidity
• Drying Time ± 7 - 14 hours depending on humidity
